Hannibal Free Public Library’s Program on genealogy, originally scheduled for Monday, has been postponed. The program will be offered at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 17. It will be repeated on Monday, March 19, at 6 p.m.
Hallie Yundt Silver, the library director, will talk about information she learned at the 2011 Federated Genealogical Societies Conference. Her presentation will focus on research approaches to Hannibal’s history and genealogy of the 1840s and 1850s. Genealogists, local historians, and other interested people are invited to attend and share their research experiences.
